How is a punch measured?

    Absolutely! ... As long as they know how to punch as well as they can hit the ball. That's why there is a technique to be mastered in boxing and baseball. Listen, all I wanted to say is that there are guys that apparently hit light but they make it up by how fast they hit. Floyd Mayweather hits very fast but doesn't put a lot of weight behind each punch and Antonio Margarito hits very hard but he doesn't do it fast. I don't understand where's the problem with this... I am not saying boxing is all about punching hard.
