He's an athlete competing at the absolute pinnacle elite level in a world where we know a whole bunch of athletes at the least are taking PED's. If they are a pro boxer on the top level in 2017, they are taking PED's. This was just as true for the 90's. It just is what it is. Physique is just something to further speculate on or joke about.
you're not the only person in the world mate, how you're body works isn't universal. i played football, putting on too much muscle is a bad thing, so instead of gym sessions every week, we had them every other week. no one said huge, you made that up
It's impossible to get a comprehensive answer to anything involving this particular issue, but we can make some informed guesses with the information and methods at our disposal. FFMI isn't infallible, but it gives a pretty good gauge of who's in the definitely suspicious territory. Moreso than BMI anyway, which is pretty meaningless since it doesn't differentiate between tissue types. Regarding the eye test, what I meant by that was that it's pretty obvious who's definitely juicing once they reach a certain level of lean mass, dryness, and separation. It's impossible to tell if a less physically impressive athlete like an endurance athlete is juicing because by and large they'll look like any reasonably fit individual. I'm not advocating condemning athletes because they look like they work out; it's more along the lines of having major suspicions about anyone after a certain point, regardless of negative tests.
He's tested by UKad which is one of the most stringent ped testing organisations in the world. Joshua has to tell them where he is at all times and is randomly tested several times over the year, he even got drug tested in Nandos .
Some people are simply naturally muscular. I lifted weights and furiously sought to develop a biceps that were chiseled, lats that fanned out like half moons and pecks that were like those festooned into Roman soldier breastplates but to no avail. In contrast my cousin was born with all those attributes and only needed to enhance them via weight training. Steve Reeves was a naturally physically endowed person who only needed to bulk up what he already had-never took roids.
Why people are still so dumb? Easy. Eat good and big. Train properly around the year. Remember to sleep. Take care of your body. good genes help too. But it's not rocket science. You should start training. Even in one year you can be in great shape.if you are dedicated enough. And yes.remember proteins and water. We humans are water and protein mostly. Legs and hands to use. If you follow these easy steps i guarantee results.
Hes got to be on something imo. Based on appearance and their schedules...as in their training at least twice a day over so many weeks. We,ve all seen what hes getting up to in his training sessions. Their not exactly light sessions. The body would struggle to recover...even at 28 or whatever age he is. Same with klitchko no 42 year old can train that hard naturally and recover without an enhancher of some kind. The body breaks down as it ages regardless if your keeping in great shape or not. People talk about genes but joshuas parents are hardly adonis,s. His abs actually pop out his skin. Thats not usual. His build is unnatural. No one thats just lifting weights will look like that. We all get a pump but thats more than a pump. What people are looking at is other athletes and even gym goers and comparing it...when the truth is these people your compsring him with are most likely on something as well. Weight lifting will harden up your body...giving you a solid appearance...but when muscles start popping out your body somethings up. Without being an expert it looks like hes on hgh. And has been for a while. Hence the reason hes massive. Hes not even bodybuilding....or concentrating on different muscles groups for growth. His training shouldnt be ending with that physique.
