How is Fury the "lineal champ" when he's a proven drug cheat?

It’s a very tough question for big Fury fans. They will avoid this thread like a plague.

Because he wasn’t caught using for the fight that he won the lineal title?

 

He also ducked the Wlad rematch ... that he had contractually agreed to.

 

The real question is why they let him fight Klitschko and potentially the rematch if he was guilty as now charged? This is what makes the establishment story so shady, that serious charges were made at exactly the time Fury was being witch-hunted politically, not before.

And this makes the story of the Fury camp, that they were told to watch out for elevated levels and that they weren't actually being busted for anything, more believable.

When you cop a plea bargain it doesn't necessarily mean you agree to the charge, only that you consider it the better option for your life, just as it is sometimes better to make a settlement rather than be dragged through court even if you are innocent. Fury had reason to compromise as they had power to hold up his boxing career indefinitely. Maybe he is guilty, who knows, but the case is highly suspicious, particularly in light of the political attacks against him.

Lastly, if he was on something, what did it do? Did his performance against Hammer seem superpowered compared to the Vlad fight? Was his endurance/physique lacking in the Vlad fight, or did he actually look and perform better? Because it seemed coming off his PEDs he improved massively and defeated the greatest heavyweight at that time. Maybe he got some bad quality PEDs?

Im a Fury fan and i dont even care for Linealship. To me Furys got 0 belts. I dont know the rules on being Linear. I dont know if hes broken some rules or not, whose rules are they? It all means jack **** anyway as far as im concerned. To me when a guy is undisputed champ hes the top dog. Lineal means what exactly?

 

Fury has zero belts, Wilder has 1.
This fight is for number 2 guy in the division.
