A lot faster and powerfull. Much physically stronger during clinches etc Also has better reaction timing and can time shots perfect and dodge shots easy unlike hide.
Well, believe it or not Haye is bigger and has better boxing ability, he was a star amatuer aswel as undisputed champ as a pro. Similarites are they are/were small for the weight, have fast hands and an extremely hard punch, plus both are vunreble around the chin area. Haye is a much better fighter than Hide though and the daft Klit fans know it aswel, if they were to pick a win for Klit to add to his resume, Hide or haye? Then theyd pick Haye without a doubt.
Herbie Hide moved up to heavyweight when the CW limit was 190lbs and he was still a natural CW. He never had any business being a HW. David Haye is a natural heavyweight now, when the CW limit is 200lbs. Herbie weighed 204 - 208lbs in hs first 9 heavyweight fights and was only 214lbs when he faced Bowe. Haye weighed more than that on fightnight against Mormeck at CW. Simply no comparison in terms of size.
I see similarities in how they are both big punchers(would not say Haye is a bigger puncher at all), fast and small as HW's. Both also seem to be a bit chinny. Herbie was about 10lbs. lighter at HW, but today's heavy's are bigger than then. Neither boxer seems to clinch a lot, so I don't think physical strength matters too much in that regard. And both seem to have rather skinny legs.
