I was actually ringside for that fight. Good example. That uppercut is Zab's money shot, and Lucas took it well.
Hmmmmm.........:think It may not mean anything, but his brother didn't have the greatest set of whiskers......:deal
Do you think he'll do the chin tap if Garcia lands a left hook like the one he detonated on Morales in the rematch ? IF he does then Garcia is in a world of ****!
If you want to see him taste something and seem bothered, check the fourth round of the Soto fight. Soto hit him with something that had him start backing up for a portion of the round.
When a fighter does this, it usually means that the punch hurt but he doesn't want you to know that it hurt. Froch is also really good at this.
Matthysse had Judah on the canvas, but Judah's referee saved him. Judah's judges also saved him. Matthysse won that fight. Matthysse also knocked Alexander down, but it was in Alexander's home town with Alexander's personal referee and judges. After those fights Matthysse decided that if he wanted to win a fight in America he had to knock his opponent out. I was impressed with Matthysse's knockout of Ajose because it was at the end or the 10th round, Matthysse wasn't even breathing hard and he threw punches nonstop!!! Matthysse has stamina, something Garcia has not really shown yet. Judah was beating Garcia in the late rounds............... I have decided that it's not just that fact that Matthysse has a rock chin, it is the fact that he has a good defense, really good skills, and he has improved since he was robbed in America...........
