if you cannot name pac as the best at 130, why don't pick one of them champs because you seem to value abc belts highly.

valero - talk about beating nobodies
guzman - sure, defeated humberto soto, nobody else is close to being mab or EM
fana - may just be the worst abd champ in all of boxing
jmm - defeated an even older mab to be the champ at 130

pick one of them then we could discuss why pac should be ranked higher than them at 130.

Underdog. It is very difficult to determine some times who the man is (not only at 130... it happens from time to time in other divisions as well) because of the corrupted alphabet organizations and in many occasions because of the promoters.

Think about it. You have at 130 four champs + contenders and the main players in that division haven't fought each others yet, so basically people end up speculating about who the real man is.

I personally, would like to see the main players at 130 fighting each other to determine who the real man is and who the undisputed champion is.

If you read carefully Ring doesn't have a champ at 130, is "vacant", which means it has to be determined or it will be determined in the future or near future depending on their rules. Maybe the fight on March the 15th will determine that and we might see after that the Ring Champ.

The thing is that there's not really anybody who's unquestionably 'the man' @130 right now. That's why they fight the fights, as they say. Like Pac-JMM, for instance.

right Pacquiao is not the champ at 130 but as things are today he is the best boxer in that division.

I don't think anyone here is arguing that Pacquiao is the undisputed champ at 130.

My post was in reply to this comment.

I respect your opinion, but to me the best fighter (man) in any division is determined when they fight in the ring, in other words it has to be proven. I had the same discussion with another poster regarding 147 and I said at that time that while PBF (looks like) is the most complete boxer at 147 it does not necessarily mean that he is the best at 147...he has to prove it by defeating the best in that division in the ring.

Raheem was running away the whole fight. He only landed 1 good punch that sent Morales to the ropes but Raheem did not pursue for the finish.

Here you are questioning why the former feather weight P4P king and now rated number one p4p at Super feather weight is the man at 130 while on the other thread you are claiming that Valero who has fought tomato cans is the truth ? Does that makes sense?

I think most peeps reckon Guzman would tear him a new one and if you've seen Joan fight you'll know why.

Guzman has called him out twice now and the silence from team Pac has been deafening, perhaps he'll be third time lucky........

Shows how much you know about boxing. Pac and MAB were still at Featherweight when they first fought. Chico was at Super Featherwight at the time and Floyd was at Lightweight. And by the time Pac, MAB and Morales were all at SFW, Chico was already fighting at LW. So I'm gonna ask you again: By the time Pac fought Morales the 2nd time, who at SFW besides Guzman, JMM and MAB wouldve beaten Morales? And who, besides Guzman, JMM and Morales, wouldve beaten MAB?

And so what if Morales was coming off a loss when Pac beat him? Zab was coming off a loss against Baldomir when Floyd fought and beat him, yet I don't see YOU or anybody else rip PBF off of that win. Junior Jones was coming off a loss against McKinney when Erik beat him yet I don't see YOU or anybody else rip EM off of that win.

Personally this argument that a fighter who beat another fighter who was coming off a loss shouldnt be given much credit is bullcrap and overrated. A great fighter bounces off from a loss and wins their next fight. Erik Morales is a great fighter and I have no doubt that had Erik fought anyone besides Pac, JMM, and MAB at that time he wouldve won. But he didn't, he fought Pac and got beaten. It only shows how impressive Pac is not how "shot" or how much the loss took out of EM.

so barrera lost two times against junior jones then came back to beat hamed, tapia, kelley, then fought 2 times against morales (1W-1L) and became THE man at FW before Pac annihilated him...
