    Not in these ****ing clowns eyes. Somehow they make **** up as they go along. Point blank he beat TWO good fighters.....TWO..... He lost to ONE good fighter and beat a bunch of ESPN fighters... That is not anything to claim top status. .

    Mayweather was the Welterweight champion. He retired so the winner of a fight between the top two guys should be the champ? So beating Cotto made Margarito the #1 contender.The winner of Marg vrs. #2 should be the champ.Question is, who's the #2 contender? Williams? Berto? Clottey?
    How about an elimination tourney? The winner of Williams -Clottey vrs. the winner of Margarito-Berto is the undisputed champ. Keep DeLahoya out of this, let him fight lightweights to cement his "legacy".

    That belt that Clottey has rightfully belongs to Floyd Mayweather and so does the belt that Margarito has (WBA) ... which both were vacated when Baldomir beat Judah ... and guess who beat Baldomir (Mayweather) ... to make things worse, Floyd beat Judah for that tainted IBF strap ... Cintron won the vacant strap and lost that bull**** to Margarito ...

    Winning vacant straps don't grant much ... but if you're in the situation to win one then go for it ... but you can't give a guy much clout off winning a vacant then defending it against some bums ... (ala Margarito and Cintron)
