Margarito loss but who was the one who was hurt in the fight with the puffed up face? You sure he was beating Margarito's ass in sparring?

.......... Did you not see the previous 2 posts where I said Margo lost a close decision? AND pointed out the difference in the beating you take and the result of the fight? If you can't see that how can you asses a fight?

****...Eze left the thread with some class as a Floyd hugger...maybe you should follow suit because although Margo hasn't rematched Williams and is a big WW (which was supposed to be the main point of the thread to being with) at least the man has stepped up to the challenge of fighting legit WW.

Can't say the same for Floyd. Because Baldomir IS NOT a legit WW. If it wasn't for his lucky upset over an over-confident Judah. His name wouldn't anywhere near the picture.

 

He took an ass whooping alright. Beaten at his own game, had no answer for Williams for 6 rounds and was spent in the 12th. It was a clear UD win for Williams it's really not up for debate. Williams kicked Margo's ass deal with it.:hi:

 

Sweeping the first half and then loosing the later round isn't a schooling playboy. A schooling is what you saw with JOE vs Lacy or PAC dismantaling DLH or Bhop SCHOOLING PAV.

Williams vs Marg was anything but a schooling...moreso a entertaining and competitive fight. I think the fight will end up happening and I doubt Marg thinks he can't beat Williams....I'm sure he respects williams as a serious threat since afterall he did beat him in the first fight.

I tend to agree williams has Marg's Number but give the closeness of the first fight I tend to feel the second fight will be anther close one with the same results.

 

I've seen that fight atleast 10 times I have it recorded on my DVR. It was like New Year's Eve Christmas Day and my birthday all wrapped up in one when it was announced "And the new WBO champion of the world Paul The Punisher Wiliiams".:rofl

 

He did take more punishment but Marg took more punches and if Marg couldn't put Williams down or out then the damage means nothing if your opponent is consistantly scoring on you and both fighters end up hearing the final bell.
