imagine if iron mike was 6 foot 6 inches tall, christ what a machine.....

would he still carry his speed and movement?......

    would he hit harder?

would he be arrested walking the streets for being considered an offensive weapon?

Non of the above,if Tyson were 6ft 6" he`d of been a totaly different beast.
Not as exciting nor powerful if he`d been 6ft 6" he would never of become the legend that he is .

Tyson used his size to his advantage. If he was 6,6 hed lose some of his head and body movement. He was a inside brawler and thats what made him great. Id say he would be a completely different fighter if he was tall

Wouldn't have the speed, movement, evasion and leverage; would be an entirely different boxer. While they're all different, note the distinctly different styles of people like Wlad, Vitali, Lewis etc compared to smaller fighers of every description, such as Tyson, Holyfield, Byrd, Ibeabuchi etc.

At 6ft 6" Tyson would of lacked the upper body movement as well as speed, and possibly his power that made him who he was. His style suited his height, this is the reason why Gus trained him accordingly. He was a small heavyweight, so for him to be as affective as he was, he had to adjust his disadvantages to exploit there advantages, which turned out to be there disadvantage, because of his height.

I was wondering this myself earlier today, actually.

He would have developed a completely different style from the very start, for better or worse.

6' 6" he'd lose much of what he was, as many others have pointed out, but at 6'2 or so, he might prove to be that perfect beast. I'm admittedly a huge Lewis fan, but if you took away the size difference between the two, Tyson would walk right through him. But you can no more take away Lewis' size than you can Tyson's agressiveness. It's what makes them elite fighters.

He'd be a difrent boxer. His bob and weave style is best suited for a man of his size but for a boxer who is 6'6" it would put him at unnessacary risk.
I think he would be a lot like Riddick Bowe.

well 6.6 is too big but 6 foot/6.1 tyson would be even better he would still be shorter then most and use the bob weave thing good. actually its exctremely impressive to have a guy his height that should be a midlleweight based on the height dominate a big division like that at a young age,

He wouldn't be the Tyson we all know then. He'd have a completely different style then he used.
