I'm guessing 2010. He'll take another year off, I think.

If Manny beats Oscar he'll be back like a shot. Or perhaps if Hatton shows improvemnt, and beats Manny who beat Oscar.

I think Floyds just going to try and take a huge money fight but nothing to risky like lets say if Margarito destroys Shane and Cotto in 09 Floyd would never take that. Now if Shane being like 37 and defeated Margarito I think Floyd would jump at that. Or if someone beats Oscar especially if its Pacquiao because Pac has the p4p Championship and Floyd can use that to hype the fight. IMO if he fights agian it would be Oscar,Shane or Pacquiao someone who has a huge name but either is past their primes or the much smaller guy ala Pac. I cant imagine Floyd taking to big of a risk this isnt Ray Leonard we are talking about you will probablly not see Floyd taking on Margarito or Pavlik or Williams if he does great at 154.

He'll wait for Margarito to blow up to 160, and then he'll fight Hatton or Oscar again for a bazillion dollars.

When Antonio Margarito and Cotto retire. He's waiting for Mosley to show a little more age.

I thoroughly dislike his whole fabricated resume. Even this 'come back' bull****.

"dude, you must 'retire' and thendo a 'come back'. Many of the greats have done that, so it doesnt matter if you dont have a reason or what not. Let just follow the plan. The fans are stupid and surely some of them will see it as an added bonus that "he came back from retirement and beat bla bla bla..". Hehehe.. those fans are so dumb."

Distasteful this whle sharade. When Ali stopped because of the army etc. things were real, but Mayweather is the most fabricated fighter ever. They started out with a good raw material and have just absolutely fabricated an entire story around him. Mkes a real boxing fan wanna %$&#@ puke.
