What can we expect , will hopkins go gracefully at the top or can we expect him to prolong his career and fight lower quality fighters ?

Lover him or hate him(can't stand B-hop) you have to respect b-hops longevity in this sport... Obviously he's cherrypicking a bit, I don't think he can beat either Stevenson or Kovalev. but for a few more years, he'll probably remain in the top 10 of LHW is my guess.

He's been in decline for over a decade now, which is quite frankly astonishing. But since the Pascal fights I've noticed a more marked decline in his speed and he was surprisingly light against Murat which maybe another sign of his physical decline, he simply did not look the same physically as before he looked softer.

I think he will try and fight for as long as he can but he has a couple more years left in him at best. I think we are getting close to the end. I think he is ready to be taken.

Hopkins will continue fighting till he's forced out by being stopped in the ring.

I think it all depends on the opponents he's going to take on in the near future.
If he picks his opposition carefully I can see him hang in there until he's about 51

I think he's looking for a succesful defense at a good, round 50 years of age and then possibly a last, big fight in an attempt to shock the world once more before he hangs them up. He could fight once more if he loses the last, big challenge; it's possible that he wouldn't want to go out on a loss.

I want to see the geezer win more now that he is freakishly old, I wasn't much f a fan when he was just old.

If matched well he can be a title holder at 50.

hops is a very proud dude so if someone beats him up and stops him i imagine that will be the end of it. he won't pull a roy and keep getting beat up over and over. thing is, with proper matchmaking, he could be around for a few more years and in some meaningful fights.
