How long do you do it?

    How long would it take for you to cover 14-16Km? I would like to compare to my results, I cover it in 30-35minutes

    Depends on transport.

    Car would be the quickest way.

    Taking a bus is often slower because of traffic.

    WTF?? you run at 27km per hour pace? im sure thats impossible :S
    and just to add to the thread i dont run long that long distances dont find it usefull with my training

    To be honest that's pretty fkn slow brah... It takes me 22-24 minutes. 25 on a bad day.

    It’s achievable I would cut that distance to around 75% though.

    Yeah of course brah. I've actually beaten all sorts of world records, but because it wasn't in a mainstream race I don't get the recognition I deserve. I'm an underground legend.
