It’s not an out and out sprint numnut.

The 3 minute 1200m is not an out and out sprint.

Did I say that it's an out and out sprint? Really it's not a sprint or a long distance run, it's in the middle and it's run at a fast pace. It lasts under 2 minutes and there's a massive build up of lactic acid so I called it a sprint.
You're really caught up on labels aren't you?
Let me take a wild guess, you have issues with Obsessive compulsive disorder?......

Okay I'll make sure my girlfriend spanks me for making that mistake tonight.... I said 200, 400, 800 metre sprints. I should've said 200, 400, 800 metre sprints and half sprints. I should've said that instead.... you're a pedantic spactard aren't ya?

Why don’t you include the 1200m too?

Depends how long you've been training for, if you feel that it's a good time for you then it's a good time. Just some advice, don't worry about comparing your time to others. As long as you're making progress that's all that matters. We all start at different points and have different abilities. A time that's good for someone else might be poor for you. You're running to get fit for boxing yeah? Just make sure you run hard and you keep at it, can't go wrong. You seem to have a good, positive attitude to training and that's half the battle right there so you're doing well :good
