hey guys had a head clash on friday ref stopped the fight as I got cut above the eye, required 5 stitches, no swelling and has come together really well, the nurse said stitches can come out in 5 days so how long after that before I can spar or box again as i have a few bouts scheduled in but obviously dont want to rush it and damage it even worse, any help appreciated.. ive had it before but it was years ago on the other eye and forgot how long it took to heal!

depends how deep the cut is, but usually at least a couple weeks after the stitches come out and that's only with the right headgear for sparring

Floyd hasn't summed up the courage to fight Manny for 5 years. I wonder what excuse he will invent next?

They misdiagnosed Pac's vagina as a cut.

I always heard it was one month per inch (of the cut). Three-inch cut, three months.

Depends on the person and severity of the cut. People heal at different rates. Your trainer or coach at your gym should let you know when you can start sparring again.

2-4 weeks but it never really heals correctly as long as you're in the sport.
