wada is the guidelines used for both usada and vada. its not its own collecting co like usada and vada, all those 2 do is collect samples and send them to wada affiliated labs

WADA code goes by ratios. You can play with your testosterone ratios up to 4:1. It's not much but it allows you to dope for a long period before tapering down.

WADA allows some degree to play with before going to the CIR test to confirm.

VADA on the other hand uses the CIR test as a frontline test, ie. they go right to the CIR test. You cannot play with steroids at all because they don't care about ratios. They will test directly for synthetic testosterone. This is why JMM would not fight Pac for a 5th fight. Memo knows he will get caught with CIR. Same with Floyd. USADA or bust.
