His stable is dead, BT will never match the juggernaut that is Sky, Matchroom are Miles in front, and there’s a new face in town in the form of MTK.

Is FW on his way out?

It’s been said before that he bounces back, but MTK are making serious waves for an outfit that hasn’t been around long. So it’s a three-horse race now.

    Thoughts?

You really have to wonder why he keeps on going after all these years. Surely Frank has got enough money to sail into the sunset?

His business accounts do not look healthy however.

Frank is the Houdini and Scarlet Pimpernel of boxing promoters. He's been either the top or 2nd best in Britain for almost 30 years now, he'll find a way, always does. Survived leaving ITV, then Sky, then Boxnation died and found a new and better home on BT. He''ll be fine.

All depends totally on BT deal.....if he loses that deal then buy buy Fwanky.... that’s his 9th life gone.

If a nuclear bomb hit his office, Frank Warren would find a way to survive it.

The guy has been in more wars than Rambo.
    He will be fine.

Frank is the type of guy who would not hit water if he fell out of a boat - he will hand over his empire to Baby Shark when he retires.

Frank got his BBBof C licence in 81 and within a year he had Joe Bugner fighting live on ITV. That's nearly 40 years !

Warren has more lives than a cat. He was supposed to disappear when he lost control of the Docklands Arena after the shooting.
MTK seem to be quite happy using their platform on You Tube. The people associated with that organisation behind the Macklins are not people a large, family oriented entertainment corporation would necessarily be comfortable with.

Sky and ESPN do not seem too bothered.

I think he needs to start phasing out to his sons. It’s in our best interest as boxing fans that Queensbury sticks around and has a good go at it but I think they would benefit a lot by letting the sons take over and taking them on a more modern route, having Frank in the background making the executive decisions.

Well he quite literally can’t go on forever. His biggest issue at the moment is that despite being an obviously dodgy guy with plenty of question marks over his business decisions, he was the clear number one promoter in the country. That’s changed, and Frank truthfully hasn’t been close to number one in a decade.

After the 2008 Olympics there was plenty of buzz around where some of the names from that would end up when they turned pro. Degale, Gavin And Saunders all went with Frank and that always looked likely. Hard to see something similar happening now.

But he’s a pensioner these days and his stable looks in desperate shape. For a guy who’s always liked a cautious approach he needs to generate some headliners. After Dubois, who does he have? Fury is to all intents a Top Rank fighter. Frampton’s career is coming to and end. He’s going to have to make a move with someone like Catterall but he’s been promoted so poorly barely anyone knows the guy.

Bt might have frampton and fury but they are top rank guys as is Taylor who is apparently on bt next.

Warren is a zombie promotor and has been for a while

I don't think they work directly with MTK do they ? MTK's Fighters on their shows but they aren't MTK promotions.

What do people mean when they say "Frank is a G, he always finds a way."

Finds a way to do what exactly? We can say that about Fat Mick as well that he always finds a way.

Frank needs to retire. He's too sour and incompetent to compete in this game anymore.

Well he has been delivering world level boxing for about 40 years. That's pretty impressive however you look at it.
