He probably will, it's good money. Though I like him how he is, it's rather refreshing to see a black fighter who's more quiet and respectful rather than the in your face types..
When HBO sends him the script... They always tend to lean one way or the other in a match-up. Once Arum matches "Bud" w/Loma in a year or 2 then Crawford will be the bad guy.
how about knocking fools out, or at least always try to knock em out. every person ive ever watched fights with, would gladly pay to watch a guy with buds skills try and ko an opponent. i dont think hes going to start fighting like he did saturday, its just not his nature, hes too alpha. i think arum promised him the moon if he beat postol and his whole team made the business decision to secure the win and not give the opponent any chance of upsetting. a guy like spence would bring out the beast in crawford.
I don't think he has to. Just look at how well his buddy Tim Bradley is doing. There's alot of respect and cash out there for blue collar guys who go about their work and operate at a high level. Bud's got to be content with getting a bit less attention of a higher caliber, though. Some guys can't take it and need fame at any cost.
Well I guess it depends on how long it takes for the vitriol from the hate brigade to sink in. The funny thing is a lot of the people complaining about Crawford are/were Pac fans and that guy regardless of what your opinions are on any of his future or past opponents is very obviously a total *****.
i love how guys like yourself are totally cool with monsters in divisions plowing through the rest of the division with reckless abandon...u know...like ggg plowing through c level mws in his only division.... wonder if ggg would act the same going into 175 and fighting guys like fonfara, kovalev, beterbiev, Stevenson or joe smith....i wonder if hed always have the same approach when some of those guys could eat, walk through his punches, and throw some heavy leather of their own.....
Golovkin was cautious with Lemieux until he was sure. If he moved up to 168, especially 175, he'd do the same and box more. At 160, he takes hits ON PURPOSE. I can't see him doing that against bigger opponents.
thats why i find it funny when a fool like "bandeedo" is like "how about knocking fools out...how about trying to knock fools out"....its always a subtle diss at floyd as floyd moved up in weight(and of course he was responding to a post that mentioned floyd directly) and like i said...i doubt golovkin...moving up 15-17 lbs is gonna fight the exact same way he does now against some of the top guys at 175.....but these fools are all about "how about knocking some fools out cause thats all i know or wanna see cuz i dont really like boxing im an idiot"
Without intending any offence to Shockmaster, forum stuff aside, he does seem to be what you described. I feel like I've done a full circle on forums and it always leads me to the conclusion that a lot of people on them do have legitimate mental health problems (diagnosed or undiagnosed), perhaps largely escaping from life. I'm outta here, it's got to be awful company for anyone's daily life unless they're involved in boxing and are trying to learn IMO. I'll only come back for the day before a fight, the fight night, and the aftermath, for whatever fight I'm interested in. Later folks.
Floyds family seem like dirt bags. Crawford seems to have people who actually give a **** looking after him and his well being. Leave Sweet T alone!!
