The OP originally said that Manny fought a guy called Eric Diaz, someone called him out on it and asked who Eric Diaz is. So naturally I showed him who Eric Diaz is.

speaking of coming off great performances
    mayweather fights
judah- coming off a boring LOSS ..not even a win... :good
Baldomir- coming off a win against gatti, who just lost to floyd, baldomir old at 36, then loses to forrest , bonsu, 19 year old saul alvarez,
congrats to Floyd to being 1 of the next 4 guys to beat him out of his next 7 fights :happy
sharmba mitchell- had just been KYFO by tyszyu a year earlier and 36 years old
DLH- 2 wins and 2 losses in last 4 fights - floyds fighting a money machine but a shot guy who lost 4 out of his last 7 fights...floyds win being somewhere in the middle of that :good

speaking of **** performances...hatton coming off a 2 fight win streak back down at 140 since getting his ass kicked in his only welterweight fight ..but comes back up to welter because floyd cherry picked him

JMM , lost a year earlier at super featherweight...now 4 divisions later, no fights at 140 or 147 ...floyd not only fights a little guy, but a little old guy whos 36 years old
mosley, coming off a great performance..17 months prior...and a few months away of his 39th birthday :happy:happy

The reason they aren't seeing it is because of the opponents ! And cleaning out divisions usually means he is undisputed in that weight class lets be honest he hasn't cleaned out anything since his days below 140

It's arguable if he's fought anyone in their prime lately but who exactly is in their prime now that Pac could fight that the haters won't say is a mismatch?

The options were...Mosley, Berto, JMM? Maybe Bradley? Who else?

Pick anyone of those guys and people are going to say it's cherry picking because they're either too small, too green or past their prime.

cotto/clottey/hoya/mosley/margarito(that was closer to welter then 154). its a pretty sick list. If he can add mayweather and a young guy like ortiz to the list its complete. you cant expect him to face the euro champs at this point. who else is there to fight at 147?

Ok fine, whatever floats your boat. But you've got to understand that no matter how hard you try. You can't take back what Pac has done.
None of your bitching and whining here can do a damn thing. :rofl

Clottey never got blown out like that ever and has been competitive or has beaten every WW put in front of him. Clottey was outgunned so bad he just took cover. You make a wide assumption he just did not show up and fail to accept that a speedy southpaw some call the best offensive one ever made Clottey only worry about defending the onslaught.

Had he fought and beaten say Alexander,Bradley and Ortiz at 140 throw in Madana I couldn't argue but DLH,Cheato and Mosley are long past their best long past Clotty does not enhance anyone's legacy I don't care how you slice it ..

I don't question his greatness just his ranking ..

those guys are all green and it would be considered picking on little guys(irony). But its not over yet, if bradley beats khan I wouldnt be surprised if him and pac end up fighting each other. Margarito was in shape for pac and outweighed him almost 20 pounds, he still gave him a beatdown, oscar ****ed his weight up so thats his fault but it adds little. Cotto is his best win at welter. Clottey was a decent win because he was atop 5 welter at the time when peple thought he could come in at 160 and give little pac hell like he did cotto. msoley is a bull**** fight. It might seem as record padding at this point but there arent that many good 147 fights left, there is ortiz, berto who just lost to ortiz, mayweather and thats it. mayweather fight isnt happening, ortiz is golden boy, so most likely his next opponent will be marquez, bradley or cintron. bradley/marquez at 140 would be very good wins.
