Well considering he couldn't do it the first time when he actually was in shape, i doubt he could do it in a rematch.
probably never, you should probably hope for other things. Wlad will throw uppercuts should they meet again.
i hope peter starches vitali aka the biggest crybaby in boxing ive ever seen. he is one of the most unsportsmanlike jag offs i have seen. remember his antics after the sanders fight? the fight he wasnt in? getting in sanders face cause he knocked out baby bro. or the way he was in lewis face demanding a rematch and even shoving him i hate vitali. at least wlad isnt a jerkoff

Not too long, probably sometime in 09, there paths are bound to meet again, especially if Peter beats up his brother come october.
i wouldn't give peter anymore of a chance. styles make fights and tony has a very tough high guard. peter's defensive style is a little bit easier to break through if anything, it proved wlad can take a sustained body attack and not gas. his stamina is solid now. but peter is still wlad's toughest challenge. power, chin, heart. aggression. it's his own conditioning that might derail his future prosepects.
Sam Peter is another Edison Miranda that got his belt but he won't keep it for long ! Peter has power but lacks skills... Mike Tyson, if serious, could have stayed champ very long because he had great skills to back his impressive power ! That can't be said of Peter and it will be apparent in the near future !!!
Good post Kobe, though like Merchant once said to Roy Jones " So your saying Wlad doesnt have a glass body, he has a glass chin?", and Jones agreed. Wlad can take body shots, it's the head shots that **** him up mentally, and Thompson didnt land enough of them, and the ones he did land had no power behind them, he was pushing his punches. Sam Peter's stamina is what concerns me the most, if he could work on that I do believe Peter could beat Wlad by KO, until then I have some doubts, which I'm sure fourty ounce would tell you the same.
