Haye's not exactly calling him out to fight Joshua though is he. We all know Haye/Briggs is likely so any chance of them fighting will have to be next year after Joshua's mandatory.

    Haye deserves nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Hayes comeback opponents, a fighter who learnt to fight on the Internet and some fighter who I actually think Tom Dallas would have destroyed.

Now a fight with a 72 year old with (in my opinion) a hint of mental illness.

Even The Boxing News shredded Haye and said if he fights Brigg's he is a disgrace.

So why shouldn't Hearn ignore him?

I agree with all of the above. I will say however that Haye was going to slated no matter what he did upon his return. If he took on a good opponent people would have said he hadn't earned a shot at whoever he was fighting. If he tried to build up a ranking with lesser opposition he was going to get slated for can crushing his way to a ranking. He was damned either way.

He foolishly bit on the Briggs nonsense and now if he fights the mentally ill old man he will get stick. If he doesn't fight him, certain morons on the likes of this forum will try and claim he 'ducked' Briggs.

As an aside Hearn isn't ignoring him because he thinks he hasn't earned a shot at AJ. He's ignoring him as he - rightly or wrongly - sees him as a dangerous opponent capable of upsetting the applecart.

even though I'd call myself a Haye fan I personally think he shouldn't be given any sniff of a world title fight until he has beaten at least 1 proper top 10 opponent. Haye is IBF no.3 because he's fought 2 nobodies in his comeback - this is already a farce. Because he is a name and draw in the UK the IBF fancy a slice of his money pie so have given him a ridiculously high rating that he is not really worthy of.

Fight a top 10 live body and stop trying to CON the gullible casuals, cos you sure aren't conning the real fans who know what game you are trying to play. So fight a top 10 and beat them in style then we know you really are back at top level - till you do stop talking nonsense.

Huge fight but makes no sense making it before a fury or wilder fight. its like working your self towards a mandatory title shot and voluntarily fighting somebody who is a huge risk that has a high % chance of loosing out on your shot at the other belts.

Now if AJ beats fury or wilder the haye fight is even bigger.

X4. To anyone who's a fan, he's a tease. To the rest of us, he's just a fraud with some talent. I kind of feel bad for his fans. Actually, I don't.

Well Joshua cant fight everyone at once.

People are talking about Parker, Wilder, Fury,Haye all in the near future.

These things need to play out.

Haye will fight and beat Briggs in a few months and things will start to play out
