There are drugs that can make you lose weight. Unfortunately, they do other messed up things to your body too and are usually illegal.
5'10 225 pounds, 21 years old... big frame, David Tua ( the one who showed up to fight Ruiz)/ James Toneyish (the one who fought Holyfield)
If you can run, start running everyday, morning or night makes no difference, and watch what you eat. More vegetables/fruit. Pastas and breads try to limit them after noon. No sugary drinks, candy, fast food that will hurt your attempts. Basically, anything 'fried' is not what you want to eat. Even juices and such I would substitute for water or tea. Really the only way to lose a significant amount of weight is to eat healthy, eat less, and work hard. There is no easy way to say, it will take months. You can shed a lot of weight at first, but once you start reaching a better level of body fat for your age/size it will slow down to 2lbs of fat of week or less and it will be harder. For now, though just focusing on working hard and watching what you eat. It will be tough, but there is no easy way here. Discipline, discipline, discipline.
Thats nonsense its only a supplement for loosing weight. Hyrdoxycut works for some it doesnt work for others. Much like any regime you have to learn to know your body.
There are no drugs that can help you loose weight. There are supplments/drugs that can augment the process IE human growth and streroids at its most extreme. Or caffeine extracts for speeding up the metabolism. Most off the shelf supplements are just plascebo`s though. If you want to loose weight the best way is through hardcore weight lifting which is better than CV as it increases the metabolism and resting heart rate. Its by far the best way to burn fats and fast.
