Mora got a chance to fight for the title and didn't want it for god knows why, probably nothing else except it'd be a loss on his record. Although Mora and Malignaggi are two of the most devistating punchers in the sport, I'd give the knod to Kelly...I think he'd muster up enough strength to knock Mora back into a fight with Manfredo.
