If Herbie Hide was quick enough to hit him often, and by Bowe's own admission that Hide hit him the hardest and could have had him out of there, then Wilder has a chance, but i feel Bowes size eventually gets to him.

Prime Bowe just had too many skills for the heavyweight champs of today. Wilder is almost entirely a puncher, Fury a really good boxer with comparatively light punches, AJ a very, very good puncher with some boxing skill.

I think both Wilder and AJ have puncher's chances, but can't see Fury having the firepower to keep Bowe off him. Bowe would definitely get inside and rough him up bad, punishing the body.

I think the last champ who would have absolutely had a good chance with the Holy I Bowe would be Wlad. Even then, one wonders if his chin would hold up...no question Wlad could seriously hurt Bowe (especially since the latter didn't seem to have the best defense at times).

Wlad would definitely have a better chance than Fury or Aj

Bowe always liked a brawl. This is one brawl that might end rather badly for him. I would shade towards him to win but the risk is very real.

I think the big question is how he would take a flush right from Wilder. But I'm not sure Wilder would ever have the chance. Bowe's infighting would wilt him imo.

When fighting inside Bowe is open more ways than a Sunday hooker.

I wonder how wilder would deal with Bowe’s infighting game. As far as I know he hasn’t met anyone who was very good at that style

True, but he does get those great shots in. I don't even remember if Wilder ever really even HAD an inside game. He certainly won't knock out Bowe from the inside.

Another reason he'd get trashed against Bowe. However...

we again reach the point where we ask if Bowe could take a flush right from Wilder, who would have been the most powerful puncher he ever faced. Sure, Golota and Cooper had great shots, but they weren't in Wilder's class in that dept. imo

Wilder isn't really good at fighting up close though. I rekon Bowe would dismantle him quickly but Wilder might drop him early if Bowe stays at a distance for a period of time, only success i see Wilder having tbh
