How many rounds would the fight go? The bookies have it in favor of going past 9.5 rounds at -145! I think it would be over sooner. Two aggressive styles and both fighters got high work rate too. I am kind of surprise that the over is favored. what do you think?

my guess is between round 7-10. sometime inside those rounds the ref or the corner will stop the fight.

Diaz lasted 9 rounds of brutal beatdown
    Delahoya lasted 8 rounds
Hatton-maybe tougher but the corner and the refs wont be as tough. I see someone stepping in to stop another brutal beatdown by the # 1 P4P in the world. :good

They're both trying to develop more methodical styles, but at the same time you just know they're going to come at each other and go to war. Wouldn't surprise me to see it end around eight rounds, possibly earlier if someone lands a money shot. For instance, if Hatton lands a ruthless hook to Pacquiao's body, or Pacquiao catches Ricky with a deadly straight left and wobbles him.

depends on how they come out...if they try to feel eachother out then it may last into the later rounds. if they come out swingin' then it may not last 6. either way someone is going to do the ref's job, get knocked out and not get up. doubt the ref will have to exercise any judgment with the way these two "should" go at it. i can't wait. regardless of all the circular and often pointless p4p threads/posts, these two come to fight

I think Pressuring a South paw will pose problems for Hatton, but don't underestimate at how Hatton manages to smother opponents!

The guy smothered mayweather for 8 rounds, and Manny cant fight on te inside and block punches like Floyd.

I think Manny will win by Ko though in 9

it depends on the amount of hugging Ricky is allowed to do.
