    With Vitali?

I say less than 6 rounds.

I think its safe to say that Wlad will NEVER develop a killer instinct. Its too late in the Game now.

he has 2 years left i'd say before he says bye-bye.

You mean 're-develop', as he had good killer instinct (watch his earlier fights if you can't remember) but had it knocked out of him, three times.

I'd say less then 4. Chagaev didn't turn up to fight and Vitali would have actually KO'd the guy- not jab at him so much to make him give up on his stool. Maybe Chagaev was as bored as everyone else watching and had better things to do, we'll never know.

12 rounds, Vitaly's jab sucks, he is so stationary as it gets nowadays... his footwork aint great either compared to his tougher:)yep yeah) brother Wlad.

I think Vitlai would have beaten Chagaev in about the same length of time.

It wouldn't have been much quicker. Vitali's back would prevent him from really going at it.

I'm a fan of both brothers, but I really don't favor one over the other, as far as who I'm a bigger fan of.

With that said, I think a few years ago I would have chosen Vitali as the best fighter between the brothers. Now things have changed. Vitali is still great, but Wlad has improved so much that I've got to put him ahead of Vitali.

I think he would've gone the distance. Wlad's higher handspeed and accuracy allowed him to penetrate Chagaev's high guard often, and deal with his upper bodymovement. Vitali throws a lot of half hook/half direct punches, which are most efficiently blocked by a high guard. Plus, he's getting old.

He's never been a big one-punch type of guy though. The chances of him stopping a very durable guy like Chagaev within 4 rounds is negligible in my book.

I think he would have lasted a bit longer against Vitali simply because Vitali doesn't throw the jab as hard as Wlad. Wlad's jabls were knocking Chags head back violently. I think he realized that he was in trouble when Wlad knocked him down in the second round. He was stunned and scared by that punch.
