Not too long....Lewis had a great uppercut which would have put Peter to sleep within the first 6 rounds

Guys, this is silly...anyone with a good, telephone pole jab and considerable reach advantage could beat this version of Sam Peter. The younger, pre-Wlad version of Sam could've made for a better fight.

Peter possibly would have quit after 7.

I'm considering Lewis' superiority to ViTKLiT, and guessing that he would have made Peter quit one full round earlier.

However I'm giving Peter the benefit of the doubt here, and if he only gave the same effort against Lewis that he did against ViTKLiT, he would have been out of there sooner.

It depends. Lewis would have been wary of Peter's power, and thus likely would have stretched the fight out longer than it should go. I can see a David Tua-type scenario here, or the Tyson-Lewis fight, with Manny Steward basically berating Lewis in the corner and telling him to take Sam out.

The problem for Lewis in this fight is that if Sam found his chin, Lewis would be in trouble. Lewis' jaw isn't anywhere in the same ballpark as Vitali's. Few are. Thus, it's probably a long, boring fight as Lewis does the hold and hit thing.

I tend to agree with this, Lewis had one punch KO power whereas Vitalia obviously doesn't as he didn't even floor Peter despite landing several flush blows.

This would be Lewis V Golota all over again.

Lewis does have more one-punch power than Vitali Klitschko, no doubt. However, he also has a far weaker chin. So, while he could take Peter out in fewer rounds if he chose to go for the KO, he could also get starched while trying to do so. That's why I'm thinking it's like Tua-Lewis.
