experts see in a fighter greatness, before he fights big names opponents, thats one reason why they experts. gamboa was so freakish athletic, it was easy to see he would be great and who did he beat? salido, a big name. rigo > gamboa means that rigo should be the fav to beat mares, donaire or gamboa, therefore I can understand people rating either rigo or gamboa very high.

non experts don't understand this

    Dawson over Ward - SD
    Donaire over Nishioka - KO8
Sergio over JCC Jr. - UD
    Wladimir over Wach - KO10
    Vitali over Charr - TKO5
    Moreno over Mares - SD

I know it's not after September, but once those all play out, I suspect I will have it:

    1. Mayweather
    2. Pacquiao
    3. Dawson
    4. Donaire
    5. Sergio
    6. Marquez
    7. Wladimir
    8. Moreno
    9. Bradley
    10. Vitali

However, Marquez, Bradley, and Pac's rankings will obviously be adjusted too if they announce the fights they are supposed to soon.

If that is the case, I could say that about anybody.
According to you, a very realistic P4P list:
    1. Proksa
    2. JCC Jr.
    3. Rigondeaux
    4. Wladimir
    5. Geale
...and it would be justified because I could say; "Just wait and see!!!"

It's almost entirely about what they've done and showed. Non experts don't understand that.

    don't babble that bull****.

proksza wasnt nearly as athletic and fast as rigo or gamboa. jcc jr.?? were do you see mind blowing speed in jcc jr.? I see it in broner or gary russell jr, but chavez :patsch
some talent is obvious, you can say prety much right away how good somebody is, no 100 %, but a expert can say "he is champion material"

gus just watched 1 time a 14 year old kid named mike tyson and knew and said right away "this kid gonne be champion!" expert sees the talent, non expert needs 10 years and 30 fights to tell if somebody is any good. I am a expert so just leave me alone noob.
