Honestly, I wasn't bothered in the slightest by Khan losing, I thought it was ****ing awsome to be honest, not because I dislike Khan, I think he is alright, but becuase Frank Warren took the **** in the biggest way possible by putting it on PPV, so Khan getting KO'd in the first round was some kind of justice for Warren's greedy and ridiculous bull****.

I think Khan has worn the Union Jack on his trunks in every single fight, he represented Great Britain at the Olympics, was born in Britain, is British and seems very proud and patriotic. So I don't know what you base this statement on, other than your own prejudice.

Again, you are just basing this on your own very limited understanding of the issue your talking about. You don't know what Khan thinks, maybe he is a proud Pakistani. But the fact is, he has made a concious effort to wear the Union Jack, and represented Britain.
What the **** have you ever done?

I was highly amused. Have been waiting to see the mouthpiece get knocked out for a while now.

I suppose you just can't have an Olympic silver medallist talking himself up can you? No, especially when won it at 17 and he's only 21 now. How dare he even be confident going into fights and how he dare he fight under the Union Flag when it's clear that he much prefers Pakistan? Doesn't he realise that the great British public will see right through him?

Yes, much better that he opened all his press conferences by admitting that he's got a glass jaw, holds his head too high and that even Kylie Minogue would take him out if she landed clean. No Amir, this is boxing mate. Everyone in the business is so humble that it's no wonder that certain sections of the wonderful British public were glad to see you get sparked.

Some of the comments on this thread are a ****ing disgrace.

I'm very pleased he's been KO'd. I don't normally get like that about fighters, any fighters, but it was sickening the way Sky Sports, and the media in a wider sense, were bumming him. Pay per view? ****ing pay per view? Is that a joke? Pay per view, the level he was fighting at?

    **** him.

He is a cheap third-rate wanna-be copy of Naseem.

Naseem was a bit of a clown, but a brilliant fighter.

Khan is a bit of a clown, and 5% the boxer Naseem was.

i'm not particularily bothered because i don't hang my hat on any particular fighter i'm a fan and admire them all good, bad, or average.like a lot of others i knew it was only a matter of time before he got sparked.i don't get all the great delight some are getting out of his demise though,i always find that sort of attitude puzzling.you know look at khan doing the chicken dance etc. and all that kind of thing.i think a lot of that must come from posters who are below the age of 14 or something.

I'm British and I thoroughly enjoyed watching Khan getting KOed. It feels like the whole of the Brit forum has been in very high spirits since.
