americans are the worst un-sporting people in the world and that is official, after the last couple of fights,b hop pavlik,dawson`s fight etc there was nothing but praise about the fighters who won from all over the world, but now a non american fighter wins there are more hate threads than praise threads. show calzaghe some respect,he deserves it. and stop crying like little babies:|
They will never give Calzaghe any credit, nor will they give the Klitschkos any credit. Just look at Atlas' predictions.

Sorry. America has far more history in boxing then you do. We have had tons and tons of great P4P fighters and legends. Americans respect fighters that fight the best. Most Americans hate Mayweather. Mayweather gets just as much hate as Calzaghe does probably more. Americans feel he never fought the best. No decent boxing loving American will ever give more credit for a guy beating a hasbeen. Sorry not going to happen. You can ***** and moan as much as you like, but until Calzaghe steps up his competition it will always be like this.
Actually I was expecting far more "hate" threads...:think Seems that the fact that the fight played out exactly as most thought it would (easy win for Joe) prevented many of those threads.

Dawson. Young, fast, strong. Perfect fighter to take Calzaghe's 0. Lacy and Pavlik are strong, but not particularly fast or skilled. Hopkins was too old. Dawson has all the assets to beat Calzaghe and even said he'd fight Joe in Wales.
