The Klitsckho brothers, Bonecrusher Smith, I think Juan Manuel Marquez, and I'm pretty sure Juan Diaz and Barrera were working on law degrees.
I think the Klitschkos were in sports science and I may be confusing Marquez with someone else but I thought I remember something business related? :huh I edited the above comment to say Diaz and Barrera for Law.
I pretty sure he doesnt, although i do know when he turned Pro his intentions were to be an Architect.. Boxers i know of with degrees are Carlos Palomino,Bonecrusher Smith,Juan Diaz and i think Calvin Brock. At one time Barrera was in the process of going to law school, but i believe put that on hold 1984 Silver medalist Willie Dewitt (Canada) is a succesful lawyer.
I've heard JMM was an accountant before his career took off. I've also heard he has a male Asian lover.
\ That's correct, and in fact they both have their doctorates degrees in that discipline.. A doctorates in sports medicine enables people to get jobs as either university professors or athletic program directors. I suspect that's what they were both originally aiming for.
