    I'd say they should be doing once or maybe twice a week

    Also they shouldn't being doing too many reps as it defeats the purpose of developing explosive power!

    Depends on the purpose of the excercise Izmat.. your on the right lines though... what if the objective of the excercise is to generate explosive contraction in the tricep as many times as possible in a sort period of time?
