do you train a week? And how much variety is in your routine? I used to train 7, then started incorporating a rest day, but have recently grown bored of my routine because I haven't had access to a gym (old one closed, new one's opening this week)....so I haven't been training as often, yet I haven't seen any decreases in my ability or stamina. So, how much work do you put in?
6 sometimes 7 mondays, wednesdays and fridays boxing (tuesdays and thursdays sometimes if i dont have college or work) usually tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays i do conditioning drills/gpp's or hiit/sprints, my conditioning drills are totally different each day and i sprint different distances on the track i used to have one day of strength training and complex training which included things like snatches and cleans but then i didnt have much time to go to the gym anymore so i started doing bodyweight strength training using movements such as handstand push ups, one handed push ups, one legged squats etc but i got bored so i dont do it anymore, i am hoping to start going back to the powerlifting gym next month or so.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday weight training. Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday boxing training. Sometimes I don't do the sunday one. But usually it's 6 days a week.
