    In that case RDJ is right your doing yourself no good at all... you'd be better concentrating on fitness rather then guessing what right and wrong. :good

    Only messing about....

    I like to throw the right bolo, followed by the Ali shuffle then a check hook.

    I then do a 360 mid ring and bounce off the ropes hulk hogan style and deliver cork screw/ gazelle punch to the chin then slip-slip- roll- duck- shuffle.

    Works every time.

    Nearly.

    Keith Fennessey? I was at Blackpool. Wasn't a great amateur and didn't have a record as good numerically as yours but did ok. I'll keep an eye out for you in the next championships.

    Was in the corner on friday night with Gerry Storey snr and jnr for Scott Jordan and Carl Frampton. If that is indeed your record stick at it pal thats a great start- i'm sure you'll do well. Get some vids up on the video thread.

    Less Willy waiving too. :lol:

    I think you will find if you change the Ali shuffle for the Butterbean wobble, you will have much more success:good
