How many fight fans will be hoping and praying that

I'm a Pacquiao and Golovkin fan. I can't stand Floyd or Ward. I want Kovalev to be the one to murk Ward. BUT... I think Barrera stuns and shocks Ward tonight. I HOPE it's not the case, but I got a feeling.

 

Yeah just like "Andre Ward sucked against Paul Smith and was about to get knocked out" after taking one solitary flush power punch that had no effect on him whatsoever.

 

Not me, I really don't care, he's not my cup of tea either but he's a skilled guy and outside the ring (other than the GGG situation), he seems to be like one of the better guys in the game.

Though I'll certainly never root for him either unless it's against someone like Stevenson.

 

But to be honest, this is Barrera (a guy probably most boxing fans haven't heard of before the fight) if we take it all into account it wouldn't be absolutely shocking if he underperformed but still, a guy of Ward's pedigree has to impress.

 

Best for the sport that he wins... Set's up potential super fights with Kovalev and Stevenson.

 

I am not a fan of him because he's arogant during the weigh ins and staredowns. Not because he ducked GGG and all the stuff. I don't care about who wins.

Anyway he must've built up more good will with god than I ever will so I'm not sure praying would do much.

 

A little slow coming off, shaking off rust. But overall, great.

The technique was all there, the defense was all there.

Wanted to see more in fighting from him but it is what it is
