How many fighters 218lbs or under could have beaten a prime M.Tyson?

So againt Moorer (right after Bow 2) Holy was a far harder to hit than two years before ? You might want to rethink that norion.

Personally, the Bowe 2 version is the one I would pick in a fantasy fight. He would likely dominate and KO any version of Tyson.

But that doesn't by any stretcha mean that the Bowe 1 version would be destroyed.

Hearns destroyed Duran who in turn gave Hagler hell.

Foreman destroyed Frazier who gave Ali hell.

    Join the dots Mark.

Nope. There is zero evidence for the cynical assumption that everyone cheated & juiced.
That assumption is a extreme & irrational as those who believe that nobody who was not caught used drugs or PEDs.

Tyson was big & strong when a poor kid at 13 before discovered by anyone & without motive or funds for taking PEDs.
You lift for decades, research it, ask questions & observe you will see that some have at least the potential muscular size of Tyson-just through training, without even Creatine.

I am tired of linking the research showing what some can achieve when considering bone structure.
Then someone posts another extreme unsupported premise that everyone always cheats & lies, it is tiresome.

Take away Johnson, make Frazier a pickem (either he gets TKOd early or he breaks Tyson down late).

Holy didn`t hit much in his first figt v Moorer he looked listless it was a boring jab fest, he landed far more shots in the rmatch though in a far more exciting fight, Moorer was far more aggressive in the rematch but had no chin.

Dokes wasn`t Duran or Frazier and couldn`t take the same volume of shots from Tyson that he took from Holy Tyson would have sparked him early, Ali didn`t have Foreman`s power and Hagler didn`t attack Duran the way he attacked Hearns, Duran would have slipped more punches than Hearns did, Dokes was not good defensively.

I simply cannot see either man coming close to beating Tyson, Marciano I think gets ko'ed in 1 round in any matchup with Tyson. Charles is an excellent fighter but he couldn't stay away from a slow crude Marciano, no way could he keep Mike off him.

Holy only weighed 212 when he beat Stewart in his first bout and looked sluggish he got caught with a lot of jabs, he was far harder to hit with the jab in the rematch and his head movement and feet were sharper, plus he jabbed more, he weighed 217 for the rematch v Stewart and was much stronger than in their first match-up.

No he's naturally stocky and thickly built but he wouldn't be 5'9 215 with low body fat without help
