How many fighters choose legacy over money?

    He never had to put his lineal SFW championship on the line but did it for 5th of PacMan's purse (2nd fight), just to get the work done, because PacMan wasn't going to sacrifice one dollar more. If JMM was after at least a decent amount of money the World SFW Champion deserves, the fight would've never been staged. When it ended in another controversial one, and JMM ask Pac simply to do what he did, PacMan said: 'there's not enough money in the 3rd fight.' :think

    but you said both fights. and where did you get the 1/5 figure? from reports i read during that time, jmm got $1.5M~$2M while pac got anywhere from $3M~$5M excluding ppv shares. its more like 1/3 or 2/5. and it was both jmm and pac's camp that agreed to the fight hearing the fans clamor. pac would have skipped it if not for the call of his fans to get a 130 title.
