Yeah, that's the key point. I want to watch all of the fighters on the card, but I don't give a **** about the fights. Even Bellew-Clev is take it or leave it for me.
Anyone have any idea what time the show comes on on the 22nd? and what time the first fight will start??
Golovkin, in a spirit of solidarity I'd encourage you not to type stuff like that or else you will be banned!
Let's suppose you had seventeen quid. It's a saturday night and you've no plans to go out, perhaps you've had a hard week and work and simply want to kick back, relax. No need to order take-away, your missus has cooked something nice. It's 5.30pm. Maybe there's some boxing on the telly? What's this?! A stacked card full of championship bouts?!?! WELL worth my seventeen quid! The point is, this one is worth paying for.
I have a feeling that Eddie Hearn probably doesn't view the British forum on this particular website as being Central to the master "sell PPV" plan. That is in no way an attack on the brilliant posters here though. Will you be purchasing the event?
Oh absolutely eddie I think your doing a great job and if it was £30 I would happily pay that for you to **** me [emoji108]
Simply because its setting a precedent, and not one that is good for boxing or the boxers themselves. All this kind of thing will achieve is to limit the audience for boxing and marginalise the sport more than it already is. That and line the Hearns pockets.
Im buying it, I'm a boxing fan and there is good fights on the card and I would spend £100 in a night out so £15 to see a good card when Hearn has never let me down before I'll part with even though I dont think it should be PPV
