This. He's got talent and a lot of potential, but his stamina and defense need a lot of work. He's wide open to left hooks and uppercuts to the body and fades too much in the middle rounds. If he were to fade in middle rounds against Crawford or Thurman he would be done. I also think Garcia would be a tough fight for him, since I could see Garcia landing his left hooks when Spence fades in the later rounds, since Spence lacks Thurman and Crawford's defense, mobility, and speed.
Lol, I love the "if Spence hadn't caved Brook's face in, he would have went the distance!" posts. Nobody is going the distance with this monster at this point. Crawford is two inches shorter and Garcia isn't surviving a beast like this.
The eye injury came from a but and until that point Brook was handling Spence pretty well and may be even leading in the fight. The injury happens, brook is affected and eventually gets stopped and all the lil Spence fanboys go off hollering about how Spence is a beast and the greatest thing since sliced bread. I like Spence, i mean i really like him but people are getting carried away and the minute he gets in there with a guy who can punch and moves well he is going to have issues. Thurman and Crawford are going to give him major problems. I think Porter has the brute strength to do well against him in a fight that will likely take a few fights off of both their careers and Garcia is just not strong enough to last 12 rounds with spence. I think he counters spence nicely as spence isnt very hard to hit but i think spence can take what danny has to offer at 147lbs.
Lol, Brook was never going to see the 12th Rd. Injury or not. The only reason he was competitive up to that point is that he was letting everything go from the start, just to keep Spence off him. he was never going to to keep up that pace for 12, and Spence knew he couldn't last. Brook was never, will never, could never, be a match for Spence. That's why instead of a rematch, you got Brook looking for easier fights vs bigger guys, lol.
Garcia has the best chin in boxing, he can easily go 12 with Spence. He loses that fight simply because he isn't active enough and always has to plant his feet when throwing punches, he's one dimensional in that sense.
I take Bud all day everyday, I hear people talking about how the Truth is going to steamroll Crawford but what’s going to happen when Spence gets tagged in the middle rounds?
hes gonna smile and dig another one into crawfords giblets. crawford is good, so he will look good getting his ass beat, but get his ass beat he will.
all of spences blows are meaningful, he dont pitter patter, thats why they all have to fight outside their comfort zone when facing him, and unless you straight up run(flee), hes going to find holes in your defense and touch you up.
How could you possibly know that? Oh thats right, you dont! Spence threw 633 punches while Brook threw 442. Thats an average of 44 punches per round. What pace are you talking about? You sound ridiculous. More biased stupidity on your part. Brook has been wanting to move up for a long time as hes had trouble making 147lbs for a couple years now. Apparently everyone but you knows this.
lmao, all your posts are filled with claims you couldnt possibly know, yet it doesnt stop you from talkin out the ass, why you get upset when someone else does it? im talkin bout the pace brook wasnt able to keep up with for 12, that pace. so what? he made the weight, so he can obviously make it, obviously he knows he cant hang with the best at 147 or he would stay there for the bigger pay checks, but its dangerous in spences neighborhood, lmao.
A bunch of fighters. Listing one or two guys then thinking the rest get stopped... well, he better run up a KO streak pretty darn high to prove that in a few years as a good response.
