I never said size won a match or said anything about how bigger fighters of today will beat Ali's era.

I said the HWs today are bigger than that era and most aren't going to be as fluid and looked as skilled as the past era because their bodies won't let them.

I didn't say you did - I was more talking generally about boxing fans.

Not putting words in your mouth or even talking to your post in particular eze, just chiming in with my 2 rupee's worth of crud.

    none.

most hall of famers retired before they could lose to them.

sure, lennox beat vitali on cuts, and then retired (because of age?)
i wonder this, if lennox faced kirk johnson that night instead, and knocked him the **** out in lets say 6 rounds, would lennox have chosen to walk away after yet another dominant victory? why retire while continuing to look good and collect big paydays. i mean, you believe lennox would've destroyed kirk johnson, right? vitali did.

this is a great post, and I agree with your argument.....the debate has always been is if they came back out after 6 who would get KO'D?....I have always felt looking at vitali after round 6 just as gased and exhausted.....I thought lewis would have KO'D vitali, some people see it the other way.....i'm also aware this was a very "green" vitali klitschko still...

Well Vitali fought Lennox and lost. so only one HOF-name for both Klitschkos Bros even it was "L".
There simply are NOT any Great names and propably not going to be...

Wlad has few some decent names under his belt that's it.

Of course Wlad could Slaughter James Toney and Holyfield but we all know it would not mean a ****...

I think for Klitschko future especially for Wlad the thing is to make long reign and try to unify all the belts that's about all he can do. And maybe big fight Haye could be big fight if Haye manages to prove himself to be good heavy.
