the crowd has had a big influence on a fight or fighters? i remember jeff lacy in manchester v calzaghe, the hostile crowd certainly seemed to get to him and really intimidate lacy. i believe he even admitted this in an interview not too long ago. any other examples of this?
I believe the same happened at Calzaghe-Manfredo. Manfredo said after he was shocked at how hostile the crowd was, especially after the Brits had been so nice to him in the lead up.
