If that's the case, then why didn't they overturn the decision and reinstate his license? If the accusations were unfounded, he wouldn't have to still give up a year of his career, just because of Richardson cried foul if there was no evidence to back his claims.

Margarito pissed off someone important.

Maybe calling out Floyd publicly.
Maybe beating their prettyboy cashcow Cotto.
Maybe he just wanted to make fights that the money spinners weren't ready for.

Regardless, the evidence seems scant. The only thing that makes me think something was up was how Margarito had the s*** beaten out of him by SSM. Yes, Mosley might have been on the roids, but Margarito just didn't seem mentally in the fight. The wraps issue affected him mentally and I am not sure how much of this was guilt.

Maybe it was the plan all along to mentally break him before the fight.

 

All Tony Margarito did wrong was kick Cotto's ass when he wasn't supposed to. Oscar had already stated he wanted the winner of Cotto-Margarito as his final fight " To go out in a blaze of glory" he said

He had no chance then plus Mosely was obviously juiced to the gills AGAIN !!!!!
