If you had an endless supply of Marvis Frazier’s and could send them in the ring one after the other, how many would it take to finally beat Mike Tyson?

Call me weird but iv spent a long time thinking about this question before, my answer is 3. No man on the PLANET is 1v3 high tier professionally trained fighters. Especially in boxing where you cant use legs.

Foreman took out five variants I reckon Tyson can do the same number with Frazier’s.

They enter the ring one after another though. It's a matter of stamina I reckon.

Good point Rollin, I didn't really read so I missed that fact.
If Tyson takes roughly thirty seconds a piece to knock out Marvis, then I suppose that he could knock around five Fraziers each round, with the extra time being left for the replacement to enter the ring.
But we have to keep in mind that this fight would NOT take place in a standard round format, but rather without breaks. If we keep in mind that Tyson used to tire around the tenth round, we can give Mike the benefit of the doubt that he can work for around 150% of that time due to him not taking much damage in each round- And that would lead to Tyson taking about fifteen rounds without breaks for him to start to tire, or what would be approximately 75 Marvis Fraziers... I still think that Mike would likely rough up and drop multiple more Marvises before he drops from exhaustion and the hoard of Fraziers scores a TKO, but that's just me.
Marvis Frazier would win by TKO in approximately the 81st MF (Yes, Marvis Frazier).

Will they be packing .357 magnums or tire irons, or will they be unarmed?

I'd say in the 17th round, with Mike knocking out about 13-15 Frazier's with traditional boxing rules and breaks.

What if behind every Marvis, stands a prime Dad Joe Frazier...?

Marvis Frazier was good, but he was no 'tyre iron' Jones.
