Yes. But Oleg was very inconsistent. I think Maskaev was at the top of his game around the time he defeated Rahman and Jefferson. That's when he was widely regarded as the 3rd best HW in the world - going into his bout with Kirk Johnson. To me, Maskaev always seemed more fragile after the Johnson fight, and athletically he began declining considerably around the same period post-Johnson. Funny to think that Maskaev may have been the one to get the shot against Lennox in South Africa, had Oleg beaten Johnson. Anyway, as for Huck, I would comfortably favor Oleg over him in most instances, because I don't think of Huck as a heavyweight, despite his strong showing against Povetkin that one fight. But Oleg towards the end - even when he defeated Rahman in the rematch - he was very, very slow. So Huck would be a super live dog from around the time Oleg faced T-Rex onward.
Ok now we have to know Maskaev was one of the most glass-chinned HW belt holders ever. Probably worse than Wilder. If Wilder landed a single power shot on Maskaev it would ALSO be game over. So its basically who lands first. I like Wilder in this one. He's probably land the first big hands simply due to his reach advantage.
