Thats damn good. I run about two or three times a week. Anywhere from 4 to 8 miles at a time, depending on how Im feeling. 20 a week though is really good.
Before I was injured I ran 30 miles a week. Have literally only just recovered and started running again today. My longest single run was 15 miles.
Not much. I run (roadwork actually) about two times a week on average, and I don't run very far either. I would say about 8 miles. A lot of that is sideways and backwards though I bike about 100 miles a week though, sometimes more.
Yeah I feel pretty good. I alternate days doing HIIT and long distance and it seems to be working out alright.
15 miles give or take a week....but im about 22 stone so it aint at the highest pace haha..intersperse my runs with hill sprints, log lifts and vaulting gates....breaks the monotony...
when i was boxing [amateur] i ran 4 miles in round about 30 32 mins [pb27mins] 3 times a week and some trackwork, now i run half marathons in 1hour40mins= but now i am old and bald. :happy
I dont know if youre running this much to train for amateur boxing but if you are thats way too much running.
............You guys do more overall work than I do for sure; running is all I do, not boxing anymore and all. On an average maintenance week, it's between 25-30 miles. For marathons, it tops out at about 50-55, which isn't all that much. Elites routinely do 100-120 per week. I know of someone who did 140 one week to celebrate the one year anniversary of her cancer remission. She's a cyborg.
