How many of you actually enjoyed the Mayweather-Hatton fight?

It was ugly, but fairly entertaining.

It's hard for me to really get bored during a big fight like that when it's happening live.

It has to really, really suck.

Pretty much my own thoughts.

 

I thought it was amazing; but me and my buddies were drunk so that might have had something to do with it

But in all honesty when I re-watched it sober it was a fun fight to watch. There have been much worse turds then that one

 

When Floyd started opening up in the later rounds it was exciting

 

I enjoyed it.

Not as much as I enjoyed ODLH vs Floyd because that fight always seemed close but Hatton vs Floyd was a pretty good fight.

It showed the difference between elite and great in my view.

I really enjoyed the build up, it was like nothing else here in the UK for a long long while, since Bruno Tyson!!!

Disappointed by the result, but at least something happened and it wasnt a fight that petered out to very little.

Agreed. Especially on the live aspect. Unless a fight is something like Dirrell-Stevens or Byrd-Williamson, I'm usually glued to my seat, because a fight can change at any given moment.

Rounds 1-7 of Mayweather-Hatton were ugly. Rounds 8-10 (8 & 10 at least) were entertaining, albeit one-sided.

 

Quite the ugly affair, with the holding, wrestling and all but fairly entertaining none the less. I have to agree with others had another trainer been in there Hatton would have a better chance to impose his will and style but in my estimation it would have ended in similar fashion

 

the first 6 rounds were boring, but it got more interesting when Hatton started to get hit alot and the knockout was specatacular.
