only for fitness, i do 12x2 min rounds on bag , speedball and skipping, along with other stuff that i wont bore you with!!!!
I fought a couple ams fights... 6-0 but that was 4 years ago. I am now getting back into shape to see what I got left. I am currently 26, weight around 168, need to get down to 150 to make 147. Giving my body till August to see if I can make that weight.
I spend a lot of time in the gym and I have had over 30 amateur fights. However, breaking both of my legs badly last september (left leg in 8 places, right in 3) along with permanently destroying my spleen and damaging my liver, and my long list of prior injuries (like a boxer's fracture on my right hand, 4th metacarpal thats been broken 6 times, and a boxer's fracture on the 5th metacarpal of my left hand for example) make it impossible for me to box anymore. My legs don't let me move around very much. I still am able to spar a LITTLE bit though. Mostly against some of the older guys in the gym that just train for fitness and to relive some of their amateur days from when they were kids (guys that are 15-25 ye ars older than me). I'm only 21.
I used to be the best pencil fighter in school. Everyone else's fingers looked like radishes when playing against me.
Cool. I train in Muay Thai and American but prefer American when sparring. I don't bounce back from those leg kicks the way I used to.
