God Mijares will be the first guy to stop Jose Navarro?

I'm feeling a supernatural beatdown, glorious and blood laced, with Mijares having not a scratch on him.

If God Mijares wins every round and stops Navarro after a shredding, will you consent that he beats anybody 115 and under, including the vastly overrated Donaire?

Does God Mijares inspire your life?:think

I was getting abit worried that you were losing your love for Mijares when you didnt include him in your top 10 favorite fighters.

    Does God Mijares inspire you?

Jose Navarro has been competitive with other top 5 115 pounders, his 3 losses were very close fights, 1 that could have gone either way.

If God Mijares destroys him in a Lacying massacre, does that mean that God Mijares needs to be accepted as a genius and the best fighter 115 and under?

No, Navarro is on the downside of his career and barely a top 10 115lber

If he fights and beat the winner of Montiel/Castillo then yes.

but from what it looks like after the Navarro fight, Mijares is set to unify with Kirilov

I can't wait to see the odds on this and same for Guzman-Arthur. Featherfisted Kirilov dropped Navarro and although he didn't hurt him he was able to land a lot of punches on him and bust his face up badly. I think Navarro was also pretty gassed by the end of the fight.. I need to check it again. Mijares is on a much, much higher level than Kirilov. His jab should swell/cut up Navarro's face early on and unless Jose is extremely tough he will not be able to last 12. Also most importantly, I think Mijares will be going all out and trying to look his best on this HBO PPV card similar to how he went all out and took risks when he didn't need to against Arce on the Pacquiao undercard.

The Pavik-Taylor card should be one of the best in a while. Montiel-Castillo, Mijares-Navarro, the Pavlik-Taylor rematch, and a chance to look at the freakishly similar Thomas Hearns body of Ronald Hearns. It's definitely worth buying.

Mijares won't stop Navarro. No way that will happen.

Cristian does have some pretty sweet skills though.

There was nothing close about Tokuyama-Navarro. It's a shame Tokuyama retired he is the type of guy that has a style that is even harder than Mijares's to fight.

i'm slightly disapointed they could'nt get a fellow title holder for mijares in a title eliminator, to setup a "undisputed" tag for the proposed meeting with the winner of castillo-montiel. but never the less, navarro is a solid b fighter, shredding him and pitching a shutout should erase doubt from mijares doubters. is anyone else excited about this proposed unification fight later this year? castillo/montiel - mijares is THE fight i'm looking the most forward too if it happens, as much as i'm looking forward too floyd-cotto. this is probably one of the more bigger fights to happen in the lower weights since carbajal - gonzalez.
