True true, so whats it like every 15 years a new fighter and his fans spark up PED theorys in order to discredit a fighters acomplishments?

I didn't think hopkins was popular enough to have nuthuggers?

To think he is that great that only ped's can explain it is pretty damn fanboyish.

best post I think a guy at 45 fighting better than he did at 25 is a real inconsistency

I mean yes he hasnt been caught but if your smart its hard to get caught in this system where the drugs are ahead of the tests

What the **** would taking epo for stamina or hgh for recovery have to do with punching power? No drugs in the world are going to change peoples core attributes. It's got **** all to do with the discussion.

Hopkins seems to go from average stamina to very high stamina, so chances are high that he is on something.

Jones, Mosley, Vit, Toney, have all been caught and everybody puts it under the carpet, fans will be fans.

Also completely randomized testing at regualar intervals throughout the year should be mandatory.

Manny Steward and Tommy Hearns accused Sugar Ray Leonard of juicing prior to their rematch.

It's been done before... Even said he will ask the Nevada State Athletic Commission to test them both. Not sure if he even went through with the request, but commission officials said they have no plans to test either fighter of course.

of course he could be but in my opinion he's not. There's nothing to support JP's accusations and there's not a shred of evidence. It's the same deal with the whole Floyd and Manny situation. But at least Jean won't let his demands kill the fight. He might wish he had after the rematch is over though.

The answer to the question "could" HAS to be yes, just as any fighter "could" be on PEDS. I would bet most are taking something they shouldnt be.

Hooray for that, now we need more fighters like Pascal to take the microphone and expose fighters like Hopkins.

The fighter at the top level that is'nt using PED's is the one thats getting cheated by losing out on fights that PED cheats are beating him too.

When there are enough fighters like Pascal voicing out the cheats, maybe boxing will do something about better quality PED tests.

Went about it the wrong way. Should have included it in the contract. But I agree we need continued attention on the subject.

:patsch Please provide proof that Holy and Mosley was caught????? The other two names are a given but you're trying to rewrite history. Holy and Shane never failed a drug test...They're names was on the Balco list....Lets stick with facts here!

"Expose"? JP didn't expose anything....well, aside from exposing himself after getting a gift in the 1st fight with Bhop. Everyone could pull a "JP Special" and start accusing fighters they're afraid of being on roids or PEDs, but that does boxing no good.

Everyone knows there should be better testing in boxing and in all sports as a whole, but doing it the way JP's done it is laughable. He hasn't a leg to stand on and he's only coming off like he's shook.

No one has the right to spread unfounded accusations against anyone. You talk about anther person with ill intent you best have some kind of foundation to support damaging comments aimed at anther person. If you can't then don't open your mouth b/c there are repercussions.

Taking the tests won't prove or disprove anything at this point simply bc there aren't ANY FULL PROOF, 100% GUARANTEED testing systems out there. Therefore Nard is in a no win situation if he takes the tests. He could pass the OSDT's and still be held under a cloud of suspicion that was unwarranted....doesn't make sense.
