I'm happy I had Alexander over Maidana. Can't believe people thought Maidana had a chance.

I can do okay. I can't break down a fight on a scientific level, noting every single subtlety, but I don't just "watch" boxing, either.

mutha ****as say that I'm foolish, all I talk about is jewels, do you fools listen to music, or do you just skim through it?

I picked alexander as well. I jus thought he would stop miadana... Kame klose to droppin him a few times. Idk why he didnt go.to the body more. Especially after he hurt him good there.

one fight I predicted that kinda scared me was prescott alverado(or whatever dudes name is.) I was dead on the bredis would start fast but he tends to tire out. I was at hooters and my girlfriend was talkin **** sayin I was jus hatin on prescott an how hes kickin mikes ass then prescott looks so tired in 8th an 9th round which is when I would, finally gettin stopped kuz he is so gassed. I felt like ms. cleo lol

I'm ok if i know the fighters well enough, i suppose we all can be.
Some of the posters in the classic are the best at breaking fights down. Real knowledge.

To me, breaking down a fight comes down to analyzing strenghts and weakness and trying to see how a boxer can use his strenghts against the other guy's flaws, without being too much at risk against his opponent's weapons.

I'd say it takes a rationnal person, that have been around boxing for a while and has high interest in the art of the sport. If you are qualified and are able to let your mind think objectively, than, I guess you can speak up on how you see the outcome of a fight.

Some do it better then others, though....

If it makes for a good discussion about boxing, it's all good! :good

Common sense might occasionally outweight knowledge.
