    listen to this ****ing story I ordered the ppv but kept getting an error message saying 'call the communications center' or some such bull****. I call customer service (I have Charter) and this broad had me on the phone for 40 minuets at the end she refunded my $60 because she couldn't get it to work and scheduled a repair because whatever the Hell she did ****ed up the box in my living room so bad I couldn't even reset it.
